BREAKING NEWS: Phillies are set to loose a Top slugger to a blockbuster deal with a high and strong MLB team

CLEARWATER, Florida (AP) Nick Castellanos’ son, Liam, worked as a batboy for the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday, and the slugger made sure he was doing his job properly.

Castellanos led off the second inning of a spring training game against Minnesota with a left-field home run. When Castellanos returned to home plate after rounding the bases, he pointed to Liam and then to the bat at his feet. Liam then jogged outside to get his father’s lumber.

“As a dad, I’ve got to hold him accountable,” Nick Castellanos told reporters.

Castellanos, who turns 32 on Monday, is starting his third season with Philadelphia. Last year, he hit.272, with 29 home runs and 106 RBIs.
