BOM: Houston Texans coach have made 2 shocking changes .
The Houston Texans were one of the most exciting teams in the NFL last year.
After being one of the worst teams in the league during the 2022 season, the Texans turned things around in a big way by winning the division.
There might not have been a lot of positivity surrounding this team a year ago, but things have changed a lot in the past year.
Adding C.J. Stroud was massive for team morale, as he has seemingly helped boost those around him.
Texans GM Nick Caserio recently joined the Pat McAfee Show, where he shared what has made the team successful to this point, and what will help the team grow moving forward.
“We don’t have a lot of team rules. Number one is to protect the team, and number two, is no energy vampires,” Caserio said.
Caserio believes that hard work is essential for any NFL team and that the Texans are a hard-working crew.
They have seemingly added several players in the offseason that will be a good fit with the team culture, helping them get closer to their goal of winning a Super Bowl.
Stroud showed that he has what it takes in his rookie season, and if the team can build on that momentum, the sky is the limit for them moving forward.
The Texans ended up winning the AFC South last year, and if the rest of the division isn’t careful, they could easily become favorites to win the division for the foreseeable future.
