Plaintiff John Nelson presented sufficient circumstantial evidence of age discrimination to survive summary judgment on his claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Elloitt-Larsen Civil Rights Act, Judge David M. Lawson of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan said.
